GCK RP Rules

The rules on this forum were created with fairness and the best interest of the players in mind.

1) Each member is allowed a limit of 6 characters,(6 accounts) please do not make accounts posing as different people in order to get more characters, six is more than enough.

2) Players can have each of their characters belong to a different school, gang or club if desired.Players can also choose to have characters who are teachers or faculty members

3) When your character is accepted you will change your display name to that of the character accordingly.

4) All new character's are awarded 10 SP upon creation to build your starting stats.

5) Members with "leader" characters (team captains,club presidents, or banchous) must be committed to be active.

6) Members who have "leader" characters and become inactive for more than 4 weeks, without justifiable cause,or communicating a leave of absence, will loose their character. The position will be reopened to give others a chance.

7) No l33t speak within role play posts.

8 ) No excessive OCC (out of character conversation) in a game that’s being played.

9) Threads labeled MBJ(message before join) - Before joining a game that’s already in process unless you were directly invited, you should pm the creator of the thread for approval.

10) Threads labeled ACJ (anyone can join) – This game thread allows anyone to jump in as they wish, but always keep in mind the flow of the story.

11) No power playing or God moding:

- Starting abilities, talents and skills, are to be specified in the character's profile.Making up new abilities during the middle of a game is not allowed.

-All new skills, abilities, and increase in power are approved by Admin's and Mod's through the leveling system.

-No ripping off other players character’s.

-No directly ripping off characters from existing anime/video games etc.Your character may have similarities, or be entirely "inspired" by a known character, just not a carbon copy with a different name.

-Do not control the actions or responses of another players character (Unless they have agreed to it.)

-The winner or loser of challenge or fight must be worked out in a friendly manner between the players taking into consideration a character's build. However if there is conflict deciding the outcome,an Administrator or Moderator will intervene to make a decision based on how the game was played.

12) All character profiles must be submitted in the provided template. The player must provide the Admin with the images for the character avatar, in order to create the data sheet.

Forum Etiquette

Do not plagiarize profiles, posts or plot ideas from this forum, everything was created through dedication and with originality, you should do the same.

Templates can be used as reference but please do not use it with the exact same format.

Respect characters that are "original creations" of the forum members, please do not rip them.

Anyone who does not abide by these rules will be banned.
